Version 2.0 adds a 3D look that makes it more fun than ever. It supports either a mouse or joystick, has sound, and three skill level settings for the computer player. AllStar Air Hockey requires Microsoft DirectX to run. Newer versions of Windows include DirectX, but if you don't see the air hockey table when you run the game, you probably don't have DirectX, or the DirectX installation on your computer has a problem. DirectX can be obtained free from Microsoft. If you need to install or reinstall DirectX, go to microsoft.com, and do a search for DirectX.
