Description of Anex86 2.77
EditByBSEditor: Anex86 is a PC98 emulator for Windows that surprisingly has a GUI that's in English, so you don't have to blow your mind trying to figure out what you're doing. It ran at frameskip 5 or something on the Pentium 120 I tried it out on, but if you have a newer computer you should be fine. I don't know about the legality of the ROMs for these emulators, though, so you will have to find them yourself (it's not that hard).
