Description of Duke Nukem 3D Patch 0.52b

Edit by Brothersoft: Version 0.52b:
- Added basic music support;
- Tweaked the keyboard input in the menus;
- Fixed most crashes related to the BUILD engine port;
- Fixed the parallaxed sectors;
- Added some more screen resolutions: 512x384, 800x600 and changed 640x400 to 640x480.
