Description of Empire Allegro 2

BS Editor: This game is incomplete and staying that way

The game was somewhat complete when I pitched it at a GCS meeting, but after that the gameplay, interface, graphics, sound, and music were all changed so much that the game deserved a new name: Trichromic.

The version of the game here is just before all those changes started happening

This game uses Allegro, Openlayer (and all its dependencies), FMOD, and jpgalleg.
