BS Editor: The game has got two modes: a single mode (a computer places and hides chesspieces for you) and a network mode. In last one you can play with somebody else through a net, by placing your chesspieces for your opponent and guessing his variants. The winner's who will Guess opponent's chesspieces for the smallest number of Steps.
For a net game you and your contender should have a protocol TCP/IP on your computers. In time of connection the program will ask you a number IP of a computer which you want to communicate with and if both computers are in the same local net you should know your contender's IP address. It will be enough to enter a name of the computer in a required place
For successful game you should use methods that can exclude some colors. You can have your own methods to achieve this but often during two prior steps players usially expose combinations with chesspeieces painted into two different colors. The other way is the first combination consists of 4 different chesspieces and in the second one chesspieces painted into two colors, that have been exposed at the first step. It will facilitate further logical conclusions essentially.
If you've already calculated a chesspiece which is absent among hidden chesspieces and you are sure in it you can use it in your further steps for verifying other chesspieces.
