Dowat (pronounced "Do what?") is a DOS program or software that will predict random numbers. It has been implemented to pick some of the popular Lotto games. It is Shareware or "try before you buy" software and it costs six dollars(US). It has been tested against several of the commercial Lotto programs and it has done better at picking the numbers. The author would be interested in any information that would improve Dowat. Also, any Web designers or Windows programmers that would like to turn Dowat into a commercial Venture would be welcome
