Edit by Brothersoft: This is the latest and final patch that adds Force Feedback support as well as a few minor changes.

- added Force Feedback support provided by Immersion
NOTE: Some serial force-feedback joysticks may not have the bandwidth for all force commands and may slow the game down some. This is not a problem with USB devices.
- added disabling of sound (mainly for doing frame rate tests)
- better Update ping method added
- better method of updating INI file added
