Whats new in r525509-R1 (a brief list):

• Fixed the VERY annoying vanishing target Cooldowns issue finally!
• Added paladin shields and Lay on Hands to target cooldown monitoring.
• Added boss name and shame, i.e. when people dont avoid Flame Tsunami in OS10/25 it names the player who failed, and at the end of the fight it gives a summary who failed and how many times. At present it only supports OS10/25 but more boss events will be added. Use /natur fail to toggle on/off (default is off).
