The Game

Ready for some mental flossing? At the Blissful Brain Holistic Luxury Spa, your job is to clean the minds of the spa guests - literally! Across more than 70 levels of totally unique gameplay, capture Nega-Tics, the nasty Little creatures in our heads that make us do bad things. From the lovable NeuroTics to the frightening ApocalypTics, your goal is to sweep them completely OUT OF YOUR MIND. But is your boss, the mysterious Belinda Blissful, up to something sinister? Only time will tell... Play OUT OF YOUR MIND and experience a new kind of mental mania.

The Design

We created this game in partnership with NYC animation studio Curious Pictures, and perhaps that is why there are so many story elements: two main characters, six Brain Spa guests, a dozen Nega-tic creatures, and five animated interstitials, most of which have a choose-your-own ending. The gameplay, reminiscent of Gamelab’s other line-drawing game LOOP, also took many many prototypes and iterations to fully figure out.
