BSEditor: Mutant tools have appeared and are causing pipe leaks in local water factory.

Amidst the confusion two mysterious young heroes emerge out of nowhere, armed with their handguns and furry friends they enter the factory to put a stop to these evil intruders.

But can they save the city from dying of thirst in time?
