Description of SpecialBook 2001 2.0

EditByBSEditor: This program is a "special" kind of guestbook that provides more personal information about your friends than you probably ever knew. It's basically a survey that you can set up on your computer. You'll use SpecialBook to interview your friends with typically funny questions. For example, the program can ask participants everything from their favorite colors to their most embarrassing moments. SpecialBook works nicely as an interactive yearbook that will record memories, humiliating or not, for all posterity. The program also enables you to customize the interviews by editing each question in the survey, in any language. The program's interface is designed like a book, so a person is able to read answers from other friends for each answer, simultaneously.SpecialBook gathers signed friend names and organizes them into a list on the program's main screen. By selecting a buddy from this list, SpecialBook presents all questions and answers in an attractive format called the Friends Basic Information File (FBI). The information contained in it is saved in the Microsoft Access database format. You can load all of the books you've created as well as those compiled by friends. This shareware version is fully functional, though only five friends may "sign up" to participate.
